インクルージョンやダイバーシティが企業にも求められる時代です。
日本ではあまり見かけませんが、ヨーロッパの大企業においては、どれだけ多様性・公平な社内の組織づくりができているか、社外での支援・社会貢献ができているかが問われる時代です。
私が来年取得しようとしている資格とも繋がると取組みに、なんとかぎりぎりで参加が間に合いました❣️

Why we celebrate the sports festival for able-bodied and physically challenged, but not for people with intellectual disabilities???
健常者や身体障害者のスポーツ祭典を祝うのに、なぜ知的障害のスポーツ祭典はないの？
The world is full of unfairness and inequality…
