痛い・・・絆創膏が大袈裟で笑ってしまったけれども（チェコの賢い節約型です）、３時間後もまだ血が止まっておらず驚きました。
さて、献血結果は来週にならなければ分かりませんが、「使える血」だったことを祈ります。
ちょっと問題があって。
それにしても体重を増やす努力と工夫はなかなか💪

今日は献血に行ってきました。
はじめてですが、予想通り・・・とても気持ち悪くなりました。
また、腕もギブアップ。
昨年から、インフルやコロナの予防接種でもう４回肩を捧げましたが、そんなレベルの痛さではないんですね。
※そういえば、内出血を起こすタイプでした。
I went to donate blood today.
It’s my first time. I felt so tired as expected.
Also, I had to “give up” my arm.
I was vaccinated against influenza and Covid four times last year and this year, but they were like nothing by comparing this withdrawing.
Remarks: Internal bleeding was actual very typical for me…
どこの国もそうだと思いますが、コロナ禍で輸血不足です。
とはいえ、「良いことをしてきました！」という発信をしたかったのではなく、私には私の別の事情がありました。
Same situation in other counties, there is a shortage of blood transfusions due to Covid.
It was not my purpose to show “I’ve done a good thing!”, I had another reason “for my sake”.
ちなみにチェコでは、５０kg以上なければ女性でも献血はできません。
1.5ℓの水を飲み干せば、体重は何キロ増加するでしょうか？
BTW, even women cannot donate blood unless they weigh more than 50 kg in Czechia.
How many kilograms will you gain if you drink a 1.5-liter bottle of water?
